About the Role

This position has become available due to an internal promotion. We're looking for a detail‐driven Sales Order Clerk to process customer orders, handle phone and email enquiries, and keep work flowing smoothly between customers, the office and the warehouse. You'll work closely with the team while also managing your own workload with confidence and autonomy. A naturally curious mindset will help you understand our processes and deliver accurate, consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Release in‐stock orders to the warehouse
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
* Follow established processes from start to finish
* Work independently while contributing to a supportive team

What You'll Bring

* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment
* Clear, confident communication with customers and colleagues
* A proactive, curious approach to problem solving and learning
* Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP experience (e.g., Business Central) is an advantage
* A grounded, positive attitude
