What You Will Do
* Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical function, activities of daily living, cognitive‐perceptual skills, and environmental barriers to develop individualized intervention plans.
* Therapy Delivery: Deliver evidence‐based interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional retraining, splinting, assistive technology recommendation, and home modification advice.
* Goal Setting: Collaborate with clients and families to set realistic, measurable goals and review progress regularly.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, GPs, and other health professionals to coordinate care and optimise outcomes.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical records, outcome measures, and adhere to local policies, privacy standards, and funding requirements.
* Education & Prevention: Provide education to clients, carers, and community groups on injury prevention, ergonomics, and adaptive strategies.
Who We're Looking For
* Occupational Therapy qualification recognised in Australia and AHPRA registration or eligibility.
* Recent graduates and early‐career therapists with a strong interest in physical rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
* Demonstrated clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, client‐centred approach.
* Ability to work independently and within a team, with good time management and organisational skills.
* Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for community visits.
