Our Client
An established, fast-growing organisation in the commercial services sector is seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Sales Associate/Account Manager to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive new business, build genuine client relationships, and play a pivotal role in tender coordination and business development activities.
The Role / Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate tenders, bids, quotes, and proposal submissions
- Plan and execute trade shows and industry events
- Support CRM management, sales reporting, and contract administration
About You
- Experience preparing or coordinating tenders, bids, or proposals
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, self‑motivated attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service‑based industries (highly regarded)

- Valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to complete pre‑employment checks
- Valid Working with Children check or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
- Valid Police check or willingness to obtain prior to employment
Remuneration
The salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $125,000 + Superannuation + Bonus for the right candidate.
