Key Responsibilities:
* Cleanliness and Safety: Regularly clean the yard and workshop areas, ensuring a safe working environment by disposing waste properly.
* Janitorial Duties: Perform janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, cleaning amenities and maintaining tidy common areas.
* Yard and Workshop Maintenance: Assist with maintenance duties, including minor repairs and ensuring equipment is stored correctly.
* Inventory Control: Manage tools, equipment and supplies inventory.
* Vehicle and Machinery Movement: Support the safe movement of vehicles and machinery within the yard and workshop.
* Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections as required.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations at all times.
