Have an appetite for complex projects, or maintenance for essential industries in a company experiencing rapid growth and expanding its capabilities?
As we drive our team and our clients into the next era of smart, connected, and efficient industry, attracting exceptional Mechanical Fitters aligned with our mission is critical.
Our Mechanical Fitter roles are designed to develop potential and enable continuous growth through a mix of project and service work. You'll be both challenged and supported in an organisation that prioritises true collaboration and values the individual drive to take on new challenges. This foundation provides the opportunity for our Mechanical Fitters to build advanced technical capability across complex mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, and instils the confidence that mastery brings as you step onto any site knowing you represent and are backed by BRE Services.
The Opportunity
We're seeking passionate Mechanical Fitters who are proud to deliver excellence and understand that without their skills, innovation stops. At BRE Services, we want Fitters whose capabilities and drive not only strengthen our business but also inspire the next generation and help create a legacy for this critical trade.
In this role, you'll move between installation projects and service work, supporting clients across major industrial sites.
You'll work hands‐on with production lines and other critical plant and equipment — installing, maintaining, and repairing the mechanical systems that keep factories, plants, and logistics hubs running. You'll troubleshoot breakdowns, carry out preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and to Australian standards. You'll also collaborate closely with our electricians and automation engineers, supporting projects where mechanical, electrical, and control systems meet.
As a Mechanical Fitter at BRE Services, you'll be part of a close‐knit team working directly on projects that always carry our name. Your skills will stay within our business, allowing you to grow alongside the same people, under one culture, with the consistency and support of a company committed to your development.
This is a varied and hands‐on role ideal for someone who thrives on technical challenges, values collaboration, and wants their career to grow with the company.
