* Proven experience as a Facilities Manager (or Assistant FM ready to step up), ideally in retail/shopping centres.
* Strong knowledge of hard services, PPM programs, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with attention to detail.
The role
Join Knight Frank as the Facilities Manager for Roselands Shopping Centre, where you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure the centre is safe, compliant, and well-presented. You'll work closely with the Centre Manager and on-site team to resolve tenant issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and support projects all while building strong relationships with over 100 retailers.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
* Manage planned and reactive maintenance (PPM & R&M) and contractor performance.
* Respond to tenant requests promptly and professionally.
* Conduct inspections, maintain accurate records, and support risk management.
* Assist with minor works and refurbishment projects.
