We are seeking a Verifications Officer to join our Quality Assurance team on the Eastern Freeway – Hoddle to Burke Alliance. The primary objective of this position is to independently verify that construction activities comply with approved design, standards, specifications, and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) - key for ensuring timely completion of the Eastern Freeway – Hoddle to Burke Alliance scheduled for 2028.


Responsibilities

* Conduct routine surveillance on site activities
* Conduct formal verification inspections at Hold/ Witness Points as per ITPs
* Review work against design drawings, specifications, and relevant standards (e.g. VicRoads, Austroads, Project Requirements Specification)
* Identify early signs of quality or procedural issues and report them
* Maintain detailed records, photos, and verification checklists


Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience as a quality assurance professional for engineering and/or civil construction
* Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience in quality or verification roles
* Working knowledge of client standards and specifications

Location and Transport

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver's Licence and have their own transport.
