Job Specification
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist ready to take the next step into leadership.
As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional customer care is consistently delivered.
This role remains hands-on, involving dispensing, delivering professional services, offering health advice, and maintaining clinical documentation.
You'll be supported by another pharmacist and a strong team including a dispensary coordinator, retail coordinator, and two pharmacy assistants.
The pharmacy operates on Fred software with a script trade of approximately 300 per day.
While you'll generally work weekdays, there is a requirement to work one in every four Saturdays, paid at 150% of your regular rate.
Skills & Qualifications
General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Proven leadership or senior pharmacy experience in Australian community pharmacy
Strong focus on customer service and team development
Confident with day-to-day pharmacy operations
Comfortable using Fred dispensing software
Salary & Benefits
Hourly rate between $58 and $64 depending on experience
Penalty rates for Saturday shifts
Full-time position with flexible working hours
Option to accrue monthly rostered days off (RDOs)
