Clinical Nurse/Midwife Consultant Role
This is an ongoing, part-time opportunity to work in the Women's Health Clinic Service within Monash Women's.
Key Responsibilities:
* Triage and coordinate all incoming clinic referrals effectively.
* Deliver trauma-informed care to women in the community accessing various services.
* Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders for effective coordination of care.
* Monitor clinical practices using research and data analysis to enhance health outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess a track record of success in senior leadership and management roles within complex health workplaces. They must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and consultation skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, plan contemporary health services, and resolve complex problems associated with competing demands and priorities.
