About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing and/or Property Paralegal to join our busy Conveyancing team. You will play a key role in managing matters from start to finish with our Conveyancing Manager.
What you'll be doing
- Managing conveyancing files from contract to settlement
- Monitoring matter progress and tracking key dates
- Liaising and guiding clients through every stage of their matter
- Liaising with banks, agents, brokers and banks
- Utilizing PEXA including settlements
- Ordering and receiving searches
- Preparing QRO form
What we're looking for
- Proven conveyancing experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Team player and calm under deadlines
- A team member who lives on the north side of Brisbane
