About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing and/or Property Paralegal to join our busy Conveyancing team. You will play a key role in managing matters from start to finish with our Conveyancing Manager.
What you'll be doing
* Managing conveyancing files from contract to settlement
* Monitoring matter progress and tracking key dates
* Liaising and guiding clients through every stage of their matter
* Liaising with banks, agents, brokers and banks
* Utilizing PEXA including settlements
* Ordering and receiving searches
* Preparing QRO form
What we're looking for
* Proven conveyancing experience
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Team player and calm under deadlines
* A team member who lives on the north side of Brisbane
