Job Description
The Team Leader Statutory Planning role involves overseeing work activities, monitoring team performance, and fostering a motivated and high-performing work environment.
The Team Lead will provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to effectively manage and develop the team. This includes reviewing and responding to planning applications referred to the department under the relevant legislation ensuring responses are timely, coordinated and efficient.

1. Lead a team of planners in managing planning application referrals within statutory timeframes.
2. Oversight of work activities including reviewing plans for compliance with policies and regulations
3. Effective communication with stakeholders on planning issues affecting transport networks
