Your new role
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of branch operations, including managing internal sales staff, counter staff, yard personnel, and drivers. You'll ensure compliance with company procedures, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring staff to achieve branch goals.
* Managing stock ordering, accountability, and delivery accuracy.
* Handling customer quotes and requests.
* Collaborating with senior management on sales strategies.
* Overseeing recruitment, payroll, banking, and leave approvals.
* Conducting performance reviews and attending management meetings.
