Administration Support Role
We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to provide clerical and administrative support for our team in the Far North QLD region.
This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
* The role will involve managing reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence, including emails. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to our Directors, Managers, and other team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our team.
About You:
* A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
* At least two years' experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment is required.
* Experience working in the human services industry is desirable but not essential.
* You must possess strong administration skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues on a regular basis.
