Key Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will lead client service delivery across multiple key contracts in the Pilbara region. They will operate as an area manager to manage Electricians, Fire Technicians, Handypeople and HVAC Technicians undertaking a mix of Service, Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Works Projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead client service delivery across multiple key contracts.
* Operate as an area manager to manage teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 4+ years' experience as a Service Manager / Supervisor overseeing a team of 8+ mobile technicians.
* Possess strong P&L skills, stakeholder engagement and management, excellent communication skills.
* Qualified in an HVAC&R trade.
* An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
