THE ROLE:
A rare opportunity for an experienced Clinical Specialist or Territory Manager to join the Acute Care and Monitoring sales team for a global leader. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you will drive sales growth and market share to key Anaesthetic departments, physicians and clinical staff within a concentrated territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled salesperson who wants to manage their own territory for one of the world's leading MedTech companies in one of Queensland's most beautiful locations.
What You'll Do
- Promote and sell Acute Care and Monitoring products and services within the Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane, limited regional travel.
- Manage specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing solutions to the customer base
- Promote and establish education of the your portfolio
- Conduct market research including customers and competitors' activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
What You'll Need
- A bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales within the medical industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results
- Has an active driver's license and own vehicle
