This is a casual opportunity based mainly in branches, requiring the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to change.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer focus, strong communication skills, and be able to multi-task effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Providing customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.
\
* Participating in collaborative teams and acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
\
* Contribution to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
\
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, take responsibility for 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
