We're on the lookout for a conscientious Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help us create lasting customer experiences. You are the heartbeat of our Optus store. Together with the Store Manager, you'll orchestrate a symphony of excellence, amplifying customer delight and fuelling a performance surge in your team.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire a team of individuals empowering them to shine.
* Act as the retail expert, ensuring day‐to‐day store operations are efficient, welcoming, and positive.
* Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of charm, ensuring they leave with a lasting smile.
* Assist with onboarding new team members, providing tools and knowledge to surprise and delight customers.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a retail environment with a proven ability to implement innovative practices.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and a capacity for making well‐informed decisions.
* Results‐driven, charismatic, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
