Contract Administration Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage head and subcontractor agreements, procurement, and financial reporting throughout the construction process.
This role requires strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and high attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field, and 3–6 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
* Manage procurement, scopes of work, and variations
* Track project budgets, claims, and cost reporting
* Liaise with site teams, project managers, and suppliers
* Ensure contract compliance and risk management
* Assist with progress claims, invoicing, and documentation
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
* 3–6 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role
* Experience with commercial or residential construction projects
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
