Your role involves not just meeting but surpassing patrons' expectations with personalised service, ensuring the triumph of food offerings.
You will lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to achieve culinary excellence and consistently exceed our member's expectations. In conjunction with the Executive Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, food preparation, inventory management, and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and the preferences of our members.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning and offering on the job training to dedicated team members promoting growth and development whilst adhering to health and safety standards.
You will manage control costs, maximise profitability, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency whilst ensuring a harmonious operation of the Club’s kitchen. The Executive Chef role is heavily involved in food for events and functions and cater to sponsors on game day along with banqueting.
