Rex Gorell Family Group is one of the largest privately owned & operated motor vehicle dealer groups in Australia. Representing multiple brands, we have an excellent opportunity for a Costing Clerk to join our Administration team on a full time basis based at our Geelong office.
Working closely with vehicle sales teams this position will be responsible for;
* Reviewing and processing vehicle sales deals within set timeframes, compliance checking and document archiving.
* Administration of floor plan pay-outs, journals and invoicing.
* Assist with vehicle registration and sales documentation.
* Conducting stock swaps as required.
* Other routine reporting and administrative duties.
This role is based on site where you will receive support from an experienced team of administrators.
The successful applicant will have:
* 2-3 year experience in a similar role, ideally within an automotive dealership environment.
* Previous experience using a DMS would be advantageous.
* Good understanding of accounting principles such as account payable/receivable.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to adhere to tight deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
* Ability to work closely with multiple teams
