About The Role
A well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth across the state. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team, based out of their Central Coast Display Suite & Office, involving travel to the Hunter Region & Port Macquarie.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products for building or extending their dream home
Understanding building & design fundamentals, assessing different blocks and building requirements for feasibility of KDR projects
Generating and following up on leads to convert into sales
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Building external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
Conducting market research to stay informed about housing industry trends
About You
You will be confident, approachable, and driven to succeed in a sales environment while providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess:
A strong track record in new home sales (experience is a MUST)
Understanding of second dwelling regulations for granny flats (beneficial)
Knowledge of current residential market trends
Experience with KDR & renovation projects
Proven success in converting leads into sales
Knowledge of the building industry and architectural plans
Ability to build great relationships
Good IT system knowledge
Availability to work weekends
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary up to $90k + super, plus a generous commission structure.
