We are currently seeking a Quality Control Monitor to join our team and ensure compliance with Australian Standards and Customer/Country requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring each production area, conducting regular inspections, and collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Perform timely and thorough pre-operational inspections of designated areas and undertake necessary corrective actions. Monitor the hygiene and cleanliness of operators and Personal Protective Equipment Perform metal detector and x-ray machine checks and undertake required corrective action. Monitor and report the hygiene and sanitation procedures during processing in each area. Monitor air and water temperatures. Regularly check, read, and reply to emails. Conduct hygiene checks including carton meat assessment and meat hygiene assessment. Complete the required electronic and hard copy forms daily, ensure to record all findings, corrective actions, follow-up actions and sign off once completed.
