1 advisor on value and volume of deals in Oceania, as recognised by Mergermarket.What's in it for you?As part of our EY Parthenon Transaction Diligence team, you will work with many of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals in the global market.
You will help to identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other EY service teams to deliver an integrated approach to our clients before, during and after the transaction.You will also:Manage due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyersAnalyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with managementProject manage teams, information flows and manage key stakeholdersIdentify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and deal structuringBased on your analysis write up your findings and recommendationsShare your technical and other knowledge with your teamPlay a role in business growth initiatives (e.g.
