About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Service Person Driver will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, providing expert advice on equipment usage, and ensuring that all customers' needs are met.
As a Service Person Driver, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as:
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
* Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload equipment from customer sites.
* Delivery and Collection: Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid MR driver's licence, although this is not essential. You will also need to be available to work half day Saturdays on a rotating roster.
