Intelligent Home, a proudly Western Australian-owned company, is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team in Osborne Park. This is a full-time role, working 5 days per week from 8am–4pm. This role is ready to commence immediately.

About the role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will ensure our office runs smoothly and provide a professional and welcoming experience. This role combines reception duties with administrative support, working closely with the Office Manager and wider administration team.

Key responsibilities
Manage a high volume phone system, answering calls promptly and directing to the appropriate team member
Take and record messages accurately
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers
Liaise with clients, builders, subcontractors, and management
Respond to online enquiries and monitor shared inboxes
Process jobs and support client administration, including bookings and customer queries
Schedule appointments for consultants and support calendar management
Assist the Office Manager and provide general administrative support

The ideal candidate
Minimum 2 years’ administration or reception experience
Confident multitasker, works well under pressure
Strong organisational and time management skills
Exceptional customer service and phone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
MYOB experience (advantage)
Experience in construction, technology, or related industry (advantage)
Skilled, proactive, and positive approach
