Job Description:Experience with a broad variety of ERP applications and data/digital projects in a business-facing capacity (candidates must demonstrate successful project management and delivery of system implementations, migrations, integration etc.
across the full IT solution delivery lifecycle).Must demonstrate an autonomous, proactive, can-do attitude and have proven flexibility in managing a wide variety of project types successfully.
Must be prepared to manage smaller, multiple concurrent projects if required.Stakeholder relationship management experience and co-design in large complex organizations is essential.
Project/programme management of a complex program with multiple organizations involved.
Demonstrate strong planning and structured approach to project delivery, must be highly competent in putting together project plans using Microsoft Project.Experience in building and managing effective project teams and change management (both business and IT) for complex programs is required.
Demonstrate good negotiation and influencing skills.
Politically and organizationally savvy.
A project/programme qualification and exposure to a range of project methodologies (e.g.
Agile/PRINCE2 Agile/PMBOK) is necessary.Experience with Clarity or other Project Management tools is preferred.
Experience with projects involving the following solutions is desirable but not mandatory:ERP implementations/migrations/upgrades (JDE, SAP)Work Management / Field Services (e.g.
