This is a unique opportunity for a product marketing professional in the skincare and cosmetics industry to join Chantecaille and be a part of the of the La Prairie Group and Beiersdorf family. This is a dynamic and strategic role that will blend your skills in product/category marketing, account management, and stakeholder engagement.

As the Product Marketing & Key Account Manager, you'll be the strategic link between the global team and local markets. You'll manage key retail relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead marketing and commercial initiatives across Australia & New Zealand
* Manage key account relationships and support education strategies
* Oversee omni-channel retail marketing, including in-store activations and online presence
* Track budgets, process invoices, and manage procurement
* Forecast product demand and ensure stock availability
* Collaborate with global marketing on launches and brand storytelling
* Coordinate retailer meetings and presentations
* Act as brand guardian across departments
* Manage visual merchandising (VM) needs
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields
* Experience in cosmetics/skincare industry
* Strategic and commercial mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Office 365 and social media platforms
* Detail-oriented with analytical capabilities
