The Role: Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Casual Catering Assistant at our aged care residence in Busselton.
Roster
Various days and hours
Responsibilities
1. Assisting with food preparation
2. Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
3. Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
4. Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
5. Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
6. Quick, effective service throughout busy periods - with a valuable attitude
7. Assisting the broader team as required
8. Prepare and present texture modified foods
Skills and Experiences
9. Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
10. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
11. Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
12. Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
