Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage staff, contribute to visual merchandising, and oversee inventory control.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring customers receive a warm welcome, product knowledge, advice, and history, and leave the store with a positive experience.
* Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
* Overseeing and contributing to sales targets and KPIs.
* Assisting with staff management, including training on product knowledge and motivating to achieve sales targets.
* Supporting with inductions and appraisals.
* Contributing to store functions, including rostering and inventory control.
