Our client is a leading organisation embarking on a major enterprise-wide transformation program, underpinned by the implementation of a new enterprise software platform.
To support this significant change, we are seeking a Management Consultant to guide stakeholders through the complexities of large-scale technology implementation, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operating models, and technology outcomes.
The responsibilities revolve around operating hands on to support Project Leaders and business stakeholders delivery
Key responsibilities include:
* Requirements gathering, and involvement in solution design workshops.
* Advising senior stakeholders on implementation strategy, governance structures, and change impacts.
* Documentation review, data review and management reporting.
* Partnering with program leadership to oversee delivery, ensuring milestones, budget, and scope are effectively managed. Put together executive packs for steer cos and other project forums.
* Translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
* Developing and executing change management strategies to drive user adoption and cultural alignment.
* Preparing and delivering executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefings on program progress and risks.
* Building trusted relationships across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure program success.
About You:
You bring strong consulting expertise, a proven track record in enterprise software implementations, and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. You are equally comfortable advising at the executive level and working with delivery teams to solve complex challenges.
To be successful, you will have:
* Postgraduate qualifications in Business, IT, or related fields.
* Experience in management consulting, program advisory, or business transformation within large organisations.
* Demonstrated involvement in large-scale ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementations
* Strong knowledge of business process design, program governance, and change management.
* Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A track record of working in large complex transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
