**About the role**:As our new Learning & Development (L&D;) Systems Advisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving Aurizon's learning systems and compliance processes. You will support enterprise systems such as Success Factors, aXcelerate, and Safety Culture, while working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain and support core L&D; compliance systems and tools.
- Conduct process reviews, system testing, and documentation updates.
- Lead or support improvement initiatives that drive efficiency across the L&D; function.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for better service delivery.
- Maintain L&D; SharePoint sites, process maps, and system-related documentation.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis to support compliance and operational decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the L&D; team.
**About you**:
- Strong IT background
- Experience with SAP and Learning Management Systems (Success Factors) would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft excel reporting and data base
- High level of skill in providing quality services in a dynamic work environment that is results oriented and continually develops constructive and productive working relationships
- Ability to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes, systems and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, report on information/findings, develop recommendations and implement process changes.
