An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a WarehouseManager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20 minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are searching for a Kitchen and hotel Stores Manager who is experienced and resourceful, capable of mastering the operations of our Main Kitchen stores. You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs like a well‐oiled machine when it comes to ordering, receiving, transferring, and maintaining inventory. You should know a thing or two about commercial kitchen operations and products. Invoicing, ordering, budget management, and reporting are also within your realm of expertise. You will be leading a team, so you need to be skilled in time management and have a hands‐on attitude.
As our resort facilities are widespread, this role requires you to hold a full Australian Driver's Licence. Additionally, this role will require physical labour and heavy lifting.
Key Duties
* Take charge of the timely delivery of food, beverage, general, and maintenance items.
* Maintain an efficient flow of incoming goods, meticulously verifying stock condition and documentation accuracy.
* Implement effective stock rotation practices and maintain meticulous records of all items.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate correct transfers within cost centres, contributing to optimal food and beverage costs.
