Remuneration: $80,452.00 - $138,482.00 per annum, plus superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38
Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney

Responsibilities and duties
This role primarily works with 12-14 year olds and their families using family intervention and therapeutic principles, including SSFC (Single Session Family Consultation). Family Workers are valued for assisting in the provision of support and ensuring the family and carer network is considered throughout the consumer journey.

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this position, please address the following:
* Social Worker or Occupational Therapist qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award; current full registration with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent; Psychologists with a recognised four-year degree in Psychology and registration with AHPRA; Clinical Psychologists require endorsement in clinical psychology (or eligibility to progress) with an accredited minimum two-year full-time equivalent Masters in Clinical Psychology.
* Extensive postgraduate clinical experience working therapeutically (individually and in groups) with young people and their families.
* Experience in providing mental health assessments and identifying and managing risk with young people and families.
* Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively with a diverse range of stakeholders at all organisational levels.
* A demonstrated ability to provide high-level clinical advice, education and support to others in delivering service excellence.
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply advanced reasoning and independent professional judgment in novel or complex situations.
* Experience in planning, implementation and reporting on quality improvement projects to support clinical service development.
* Willingness to travel and NSW Driver's Licence.
