The Role In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a 19-truck fleet while leading and mentoring a team of approximately 20 transport staff. You will oversee scheduling, compliance, maintenance coordination and safety performance across the operation. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an operationally strong manager who is comfortable working alongside the team, delivering training and stepping in when required. You will be expected to assist during critical situations, including operating a forklift or truck where necessary, and provide occasional after-hours support to drivers.
