About the role
Bayset is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a generalist marketing role supporting the execution of campaigns, promotions, events and digital activity across the business. You'll help coordinate projects, maintain campaign momentum and help to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered smoothly and on time.
Alongside campaign coordination, this role will also support content creation and publishing to ensure our online presence remains active, consistent and engaging.
This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a junior to mid-level marketer who enjoys variety, likes being organised and is genuinely interested in growing your marketing skills.
Key responsibilities of the role will include, but are definitely not limited to:
* Maintain and update the marketing campaign calendar and rollout checklists.
* Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns using established templates.
* Upload and format website content and landing pages under guidance from the team.
* Coordinate internal approvals and assist in keeping campaign content on track.
* Support the rollout of retail promotions across our 14 branches.
* Assist with event and training marketing coordination.
* Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance data for reporting.
* Manage the marketing request inbox and help prioritise and action incoming tasks.
* Assist in preparing presentations and internal marketing content.
You will also be encouraged to contribute ideas for campaigns, content and ways we can improve how we connect with our customers.
About you – Essential skills and experience
* Relevant qualifications or practical experience in Marketing.
* 1–3 years' experience in a marketing support or coordinator role preferred.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with a variety of marketing platforms and learning new systems.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy team environment.
* A friendly, proactive team player who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting involved.
Nice to have but not essential
* Experience using email platforms such as Vision6
* Exposure to website platforms such as WordPress.
* Basic graphic design skills using Adobe or Canva.
* An interest in digital marketing and content creation.
