**Major Accountabilities:**Achievement of the sales plan for the region* Coach and motivate the sales team* Responsible for commercial arrangements within the regionResponsible for building and maintaining positive professional relationships with all external stakeholders in the territory:* Assist the sales team in maintaining relationships and gaining commitment and usage of promoted products through meeting with key customers* Representation of the company at trade association meetings to promote productOrganisational Development:* Clear evidence of the desired behaviours and accountabilities being driven across the team* Regional Sales team has:* Aligned, SMART objectives in place in a timely manner* Quality development plans in place on the TMS system that are being actioned* Regular coaching sessions and one to one discussion* Drive and own the talent selection / hiring process for key rolesAct in accordance with Alcon Values and behaviours.
