Guilford Young College is a Catholic Year 11 and 12 Senior Secondary College with campuses at Hobart and Glenorchy in Tasmania. We operate on two campuses and offer a range of academic and vocational subjects.
An exciting position has become available at the College. We are seeking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic Learning Support Administration Assistant to work with students and staff across both of our campuses.
Learning Support Admin Assistants provide support for the Learning Support Coordinator in their role and are accountable for the effective delivery of administration and office support services regarding students with disability. The role is responsible for delivering excellent service in the performance of duties.
Within the role, the Learning Support Administration Assistant works collaboratively with other staff and members of the school community to assist students to achieve enhanced learning outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Provide support for the Learning Support Coordinator and assist with administration and office duties related to students with disability.
* Deliver excellent service in the performance of duties and collaborate with staff to support student learning outcomes.
* Prepare routine correspondence and documents, upload confidential documents, and manage electronic records.
* Provide IT support for required programs, maintain email systems and electronic records, and undertake basic financial transactions.
* Collate, check and distribute documents; create new student documents; undertake records management and archiving; and scheduling of appointments.
