We're seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Change Manager to join a newly established Planning & Improvement function, driving structured change across a large, complex operational environment.
This role is suited to someone who can translate strategy into practical delivery, working closely with frontline teams to embed change across people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver clear, structured change plans
* Support delivery of operational and technology initiatives
* Take a hands-on role to ensure change is embedded on the ground
* Engage stakeholders across frontline teams and leadership
* Manage resistance and adoption in a high-risk, operational environment
* Apply established frameworks (including Prosci)
* Deliver clear, concise communications and presentations

* Proven experience in delivery-focused change roles (not purely advisory/consulting)
* Background in complex operational or industrial environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels
* Excellent communication skills - clear, direct and structured
* Confident presenting with focused, high-quality messaging
* Resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure
* Ability to connect strategy to execution
