The role
We're looking for a Senior Business Services Officer – Waterfront to bring their technical expertise, property management know‑how, and high‑level administrative skills to one of the most unique and impactful areas of Crown land management.
This isn't your average desk job. You'll be balancing competing priorities, interpreting legislation, and making judgement calls that directly influence how Crown land is managed. It's a role for someone who thrives in a high‑workload environment, enjoys solving puzzles, and can deliver clear, balanced advice even when the pressure is on.

About You

Essential requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in property management or other relevant field and/or equivalent level of industry knowledge and experience.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
