About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their journey selecting a new home design and beyond.
Your focus will be on providing personalized support to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions about their dream homes.
You will work closely with the Building & Design Consultant to achieve business sales and customer service objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcome visitors to our fully furnished display home
* Schedule appointments and manage day-to-day operations of the display home
* Support customers through the sales cycle from lead development to closing
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering expert advice
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* An outgoing personality with excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A passion for home design and living spaces
* Customer service and sales experience in big box retail or related industries
* Strong systems skills and planning organizational skills
* Availability to work Saturdays and Public Holidays
