Working closely with the Chief Corporate Officer, this role leads a dynamic team of administration staff and plays a key part in supporting clinical and program delivery across the organisation.This is a people focused role with a strong emphasis on service improvement, systems management, and collaborative leadership.Key responsibilities include:Providing day to day leadership, mentoring, and performance support for our reception and medical admin teamsOverseeing triage processes and ensuring excellent customer service across all client interactionsManaging billing processes, health fund claims, and the secure handling of medical recordsLeading service reviews and continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and integrationWorking closely with internal stakeholders including the Medical Practice Manager, Head of Clinical Services, and Program Managers to ensure streamlined administrative supportAbout YouAre you an organised and values driven leader who thrives in fast paced, community focused environments?You’ll be a strong communicator and skilled administrator with a hands on approach to leadership and problem solving.
