About the Role In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to ensure the successful delivery of all contractual and financial aspects of the project. Responsibilities include: Preparing and administering subcontractor packages and supplier agreements Assessing and processing progress claims, variations, and EOTs Supporting project cost control, forecasting, and reporting Ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation Liaising with stakeholders to drive positive commercial outcomes What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial construction Sound knowledge of Australian construction contracts (e.g., AS4000) High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced project environments Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Why This Opportunity: Our client offers more than just a job-they offer a long-term career with real progression.
