Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects assigned, ensuring they run in line with our delivery strategy. They will lead and mentor project team members to ensure safe, on-time, risk-free, and high-quality project delivery.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience working with internet systems and database programs.

About This Role:
* Lead key stage project reviews and weekly project meetings through all project phases
* Establish and implement our overall strategy for successful project delivery with the Project Director
* Report and liaise with the Project Director and Board on project status, key issues, and performance objectives
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective communication of the overall project objective to all team members
* Establish clear lines of communication, including project monitoring and reporting
* Liaise and interact with project stakeholders, developing good relationships
* Manage and guide the project team, establishing personal goals, objectives, and principles for safe and successful project delivery
* Support, mentor, and liaise with other project managers as needed
Commercial Responsibilities:
* Assist with commercial management, establishing cash flows, payment milestones, and terms & conditions
* Monitor procurement processes and procedures alongside the Project Director and Commercial Director
Quality & Standards:
* Set high standards for quality of information, service, and end product
* Ensure PCE standards and values are met at all times for site and project office
* Appreciate overall project objectives and identify opportunities to deliver optimal solutions
