**Location**:
The Northern Beaches, Upper North Shore, and North Sydney.
**A Day in the Life of The Urban Growth Team**:
- Performing planting, hedging, trimming, and general garden maintenance.
- Maintaining plant health, including fertilisation, mulching, and disease prevention.
- Safely operating mechanical gardening equipment.
- Mowing lawns using various tools, including push-on lawnmowers and ride-on mowers.
- Weed management and debris clearing.
- Ensuring garden equipment and tools are well-maintained.
- Monitoring and managing irrigation systems.
- Garden projects laying pavers, building small retaining walls and other related landscaping jobs.
- Senior team members provide guidance and training to junior gardeners.

**How to Apply?**
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- No weekends
