Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Proxy and Email Security platforms, operating and troubleshooting Cisco ISE and FIRE Power Management Console, and monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Proxy and Email Security platforms (Cisco WSA, ESA)
• Operate and troubleshoot Cisco ISE and FIRE Power Management Console
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events across multiple platforms
• Assist in platform configuration, policy tuning, and operational support
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure secure traffic flow and access control
• Drive vulnerabilities to closure
• Triage problem records, coordinate with vendor, and escalate where required
Required Skills:
• Solid hands-on experience with RSA NetWitness
• Cloudflare (security and performance configurations)
• Web Application Firewall
• Strong understanding of network protocols, traffic flow, and security enforcement points
• Ability to write and interpret Splunk queries for ad-hoc investigations
• Proven troubleshooting skills across complex environments
