In this role, you will provide high-quality, individualised patient care under the direction and guidance of Registered Nurses. You’ll play a vital part in supporting patients with their personal care, mobility, and communication needs - helping them maintain dignity and comfort throughout their hospital stay. As Part Of Our Team, You Will Assist nurses and the multidisciplinary team in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care. Support routine clinical tasks such as preparing for procedures and maintaining equipment. Accurately document patient care to ensure continuity and quality of service. Essential Requirements Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assistant in Nursing), or Current enrolment in an undergraduate Nursing degree (completed first year and at least first semester/trimester of second year), or Current enrolment in a TAFE NSW Diploma of Nursing (completed foundational units in practice and minimum 120 hours of clinical placement).
