Duties:
You'll carry out a range of formwork and general carpentry tasks across our commercial, industrial, and residential projects — no two sites are the same
Key duties include:
* Formwork and concreting for slabs, columns, and walls
* Steel and timber framing
* Footings, hold-down bolts, cladding, and flooring
* Commercial and residential fit-outs
* Maintenance and defect work
You'll also:
* Work with steel, concrete, and timber
* Read and interpret plans and drawings
* Operate tools and equipment safely
* Follow all site safety procedures
* Work effectively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced Formwork Carpenters
* Safety-focused and detail-oriented
* Motivated with a strong work ethic
* Professional and team-oriented
* Capable of working unsupervised when required
* Eager to grow and progress your career
* Trade Qualification in Carpentry
* Construction White Card (or ability to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (travel across SEQ required)

* Birthday Leave: 1 paid day off in addition to 4 weeks annual leave and 10 days' sick leave
* Banked Hours: Any hours worked beyond 38 in a week may be banked to take as paid leave or paid out later
* Paid Travel Time: For work on sites more than 40km from your base McNab office
