The Role:
Our Level 3 Technician will provide advanced, tier 3 technical support for a variety of clients. This includes troubleshooting, maintaining, designing and implementation of complex IT projects and solutions daily, whilst acting as leader and mentor for our Junior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues. Lead and mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
* Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure projects
* Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
* Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
* Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
Must-Have Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an MSP environment.
* Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS Cloud. Proficiency in networking, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
* Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP, or similar are highly desirable.
