Overview
Lead a fun, rewarding program for primary-aged kids in Rockhampton.
You'll lead a passionate team of educators dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where children can relax, have fun, and flourish.
In this role, you'll design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program, plan daily activities, prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program for before school, after school, and holiday care.
Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged kids.
Prepare and serve healthy snacks.
Lead and support a team of educators, ensuring a welcoming space where children can thrive.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

About You
Able to commence October 2025
Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
Availability from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
