Our opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and imaginative Educational Leader, that will be responsible for the developing, designing and implementing of our educational programs. To be a mentor and support for all educators. Building relationships with our families and assisting with learning difficulties and development of all children.
About you:
Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as an Educational Leader or ECT.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in early childcare education (Preferred)
Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Vision: A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment
Compliance: An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
